Return / Refund Policy
Due to items being personalized and/ or created when ordered, there is a general no return policy for items ordered.
We ask that you double check all spelling, review size charts and ensure that you are ordering the item you would like.
However, Southern Audacity wants you to be happy with your purchase. We realize there are times when an item may become damaged during shipment or may not be personalized as you ordered (such as you spelling "Sally" and we print "Sallie"). We are here to help you resolve these issues as quickly and easily as possible.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase- take a picture of the packing slip included with your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at via southernaudacityllc@gmail.com. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. All orders are shipped with tracking, so we will start the clock from the time that delivery is noted by by UPS/USPS/FedEx. Send photos of the issue when you contact us. If it is found that the product is damaged or there was an error on our part, we will respond with shipping labels and return so that the item can be returned. Once an approved return is received, you will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like hats, hair accessories, undergarments, swimsuits and face or eye masks.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method ands it should appear on your original method of payment within 10 days depending on your financial institution. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
