F.A.Q. Frequently Asked Questions

1- Where are your products made?  Our products are made primarily in the United States. Some blanks may be sourced from overseas depending on availability.  All handmade, embroidered, vinyl, metal works and sublimation  are created/ finished in the United States- Georgia to be more precise. 

2- Where do you ship to? At this time, shipping is only available to United States addresses including US Territories,  APO, FPO, and DPO. 

3- Can I come by to see your shop? No. While you can see the "work area" on our YouTube Channel, Southern Audacity is zoned as an online/ craft show site business and we are not zoned/ permitted to have customers at our location. 

4- Why is the pattern placement not exactly like the listing photo? Due to some of the items being completely handmade, pattern placement may be slightly off due to material being cut, placed and sewn by hand. 

5- Do you offer wholesale? No. At this time, wholesale is not an option. 

6- Do you offer custom/ personalized items? Yes. Personalization is our passion. Items that can be personalized will be listed with an option for personalization. Custom requests are considered and will be created based on ability to meet customer satisfaction. We love our customers, but if it cannot be created correctly, we will let you know so that you can seek a creator who can.  

7- Please message with any custom requests that may require an item being designed from scratch. While we strive to create as many custom requests as possible, all custom designs cannot be accomplished and we will be honest and tell you if your design request is something that cannot be done by Southern Audacity. 

 8- Do you send "proofs" on personalized items before they are shipped? No.  Personalization only requires that you select the color/ font, name and colors for designs that we currently offer and we only offer the options that are noted in each listing for these items. Therefore, the items will be created with the elements selected and "proofs" are not sent. 

9- Do you send "proofs" on custom orders? Yes. Unlike personalized items, custom item orders require that we work together back and forth for you to obtain the desired outcome due to the item you want not being listed as available on the site. Custom items are created from your concept to finished design. 

10- How can I contact you? Hit the contact link above and look out for a reply from Southern Audacity. Due to the insane amount of spam calls, our phone number is not given to the public. Once a working relationship is established, you will be given a phone number in the event that an actual conversation is needed.
