How does our custom logo embroidery process work?

1-Consultation: We start by understanding your specific requirements and design preferences. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that we capture your brand identity and create a design that meets your expectations. If the design is not something that can be done. You will be notified promptly.

 2-Determining the garment that will be stitched: We prefer to curate the items requested to ensure that replacements can be obtained if needed. In certain instances, we do offer to stitch on items provided locally provided that they are still in stock and replacements can be obtained. Customer provided items valued at over $25 USD each will not be accepted.

 3-Digitization: Once the design is finalized, our partners digitize it using specialized software. This process converts your logo into a format that can be read by our embroidery machines, ensuring precise stitching.

4- Embroidery: We carefully set up the embroidery machines and select the appropriate thread colors. They then embroider your logo onto the chosen items, paying attention to every detail to achieve the best results.

5- Test Stitch:  A test stitch is done prior to stitching the actual garment to ensure that the design and colors are what you want. Photos of the test stitch are sent to you for approval to procced.

 6-Production Begins: Once approved and after all invoices are paid, stitching will begin on your items.

 7-Quality Check: Before delivering the finished products, we conduct a thorough quality check to ensure that the embroidery is flawless and meets our high standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with the final outcome.

 8-Shipping/ Delivery: Once the quality check is complete, we carefully package and ship your embroidered items to your desired location. We offer shipping to United States addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO. Local Saturday delivery may be available if you reside within the Clayton/ Fayette/ Henry County GA Lines. 

 9-Price: The price will vary depending on design size.                                          To give you an idea/ example: In addition to the cost of the actual garment/ item being stitched onto, a left chest design with up to 8 colors starts with a one time $25.00 digitizing fee to convert the design to be stitched and $12.00 to stitch. We will keep the design on file for the life of the business and you will never pay another set up fee as long as the design is the same.

 10- Production Time: Initial custom orders may take 3-5 weeks due to needing to get your logo and request exact. Following orders after the first order normally take 2-3 weeks to ship as long as the design is the same.

Please understand that a test stitch will be conducted prior to starting your actual job. If the job cannot be done for any reason, I will let you know. There have been cases where I have had to turn down a job because it cannot be accomplished by me.
